Refund Policy

How the free trial, payments and cancellations work for businesses using Kete.

Free trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with no payment needed. The trial is your chance to try Kete properly before paying.

No refunds for paid periods

Once a paid billing period has started, the payment for that period is not refunded, including if you stop using Kete part-way through it.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, by mistake.
• You were charged after you had cancelled.
• Kete was unavailable for most of a billing period because of a fault on our side.
• Any other case where the law requires a refund.

Email us within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
